Get ready to build confidence on two wheels! Our Mountain Bike Basics class is designed for beginners and riders looking to improve their foundational skills in a fun, supportive environment. Led by experienced instructors, this half-day course covers essential techniques, including:

Bike Setup & Safety Checks – Learn how to properly fit your bike, check components, and ensure a safe ride.
Body Position & Balance – Master the key stances for better control on varied terrain.
Braking & Shifting – Develop smooth braking and efficient gear changes for a seamless ride.
Cornering & Maneuvering – Improve your handling skills for tackling turns and obstacles with confidence.
Trail Awareness & Riding Etiquette – Understand how to navigate trails responsibly and safely.

After a skills session in a controlled setting, we'll hit the trails for a guided ride to put your new techniques into action! Whether you're brand new to mountain biking or looking for a refresher, this class will set you up for success on the trails.

Duration: 4.5 hours (9:00 AM - 1:30 PM)
Skill Level: Beginner & Intermediate
Includes: Professional instruction, guided trail ride, and rental bike option (if needed).
